How do I track the status of my shipment? 

All orders are shipped via USPS and will take 1-5 business days to be processed before shipping. Once an item has shipped, we will email you a USPS tracking number.

Can I return items I purchased online at a PRIMP boutique location?

We accept online returns at all PRIMP boutique locations. Please bring the credit card you used to place the order, packing slip, and unworn, tagged merchandise to be returned. We accept returns for a full refund in the form of original payment within 14 days of ship date. Find a store location

Can I use a PRIMP Gift Card for my online purchase?

If you would like to use a PRIMP gift card as payment for your online purchase please call us at 612.353.6277 Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm CST. Our website does not currently support accepting gift cards as payment, but we are more than happy to assist you with this over the phone! Our website developers are actively working towards resolving this issue in the near future.

 

Can I purchase a PRIMP gift card online?

You can purchase a PRIMP gift card here.  If you would like to purchase a gift card in a specific dollar amount not offered, please call us at 612.353.6277 Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm CST.

 

How do I check the balance of my PRIMP Gift Card?

What is PRIMP’s online return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your PRIMP online purchase, you may return unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of ship date for a full refund in the original form of payment. All bodysuits, jewelry, sunglasses, hosiery, and sale merchandise are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned for refund. An original packing slip is required for all returns, and tags must be attached with merchandise in original condition. PRIMP is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing may take up to 5 business days once we receive the returned merchandise. Once the return has been processed we will email you a notification.

Online purchases may be returned at any PRIMP boutique or shipped to us at the below address using the carrier of your choice.

Do you restock items that have sold out?

We typically receive limited quantities of each item to keep our website new and exclusive. We pride ourselves in making sure you aren’t wearing the same thing as everyone else! In special cases, we will restock items that have an overwhelming response. To receive notice when best sellers are restocked, sign up for our emails at primpyourself.com.

 

Where are PRIMP’s clothes manufactured? 

Many of PRIMP’s items are proudly manufactured in the USA. We also have items manufactured overseas. If you have questions regarding a specific item, feel free to contact us at [email protected] or at 612.353.6277 between 9am-4pm CST Monday-Friday. Please note that emails may take up to 48 hours to respond to.

 

Do you ship internationally?

For international shipping to Canada, Europe and Australia, please call 612.353.6277 Monday-Friday 9am-4pm CST, or email us at [email protected] (please note that emails may take up to 48 hours to respond to). Order processing takes 1-5 business days and items arrive within 7-15 business days. 

 

Do items get marked down? 

We do not typically offer sale merchandise. Our prices are low and quantities are limited so it is rare that items sell out at the original price. When we do mark items down, they are final sale.

How long will it take to receive my items once my order is placed? 

For all orders shipping within the United States, you will receive your items within 3-8 business days from when the order is placed. Your order will take 1-5 business days to process, (orders are not processed on the weekends or holidays). Once your order is processed, it will take 2-3 business days to ship to its destination.
