*Due to COVID-19, and the temporary closure of our stores, please reach out to us at [email protected] for more information. Please make sure to attach a copy of your receipt or invoice and the items you are wishing to return. 

*Please note that all items purchased online can be returned via mail. 

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your PRIMP online purchase, you may return unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of ship date for a full refund in the original form of payment. All bodysuits, jewelry, sunglasses, hosiery, and sale merchandise is final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned for refund. An original packing slip is required for all returns, and tags must be attached with merchandise in original condition. PRIMP is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

It may take up to 5 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for you to see the refund on your account. Once the return has been processed we will email you a notification. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to go back into your account. 

 

Online purchases may be returned at any PRIMP boutique or shipped to us at the below address using the carrier of your choice.
